In silver gilt, a rare award featuring a red enamelled five point star with clusters of smooth rays in each quadrant, the obverse medallion presenting Mongolian symbolism in red, yellow, blue and green enamels on a white enamel ring, a blue field inscribed 2, denoting the second award is present at 6 oclock, the reverse presents a single central screw post with three rivets, numbered 149, with screw plate, measures 52. 5mm (w) x 52.
