Fullsize: in bronze, measuring 40 mm (w) x 56. 5 mm (h) inclusive of its crossed swords suspension, original ribbon; and Miniature: in bronze, measuring 15. 5 mm (w) x 22. 5 mm (h) inclusive of its crossed swords suspension, original ribbon. Together, extremely fine. Footnote: At the time of its establishment in 1923, the Cross of Merit was the highest civilian award in Poland. It was awarded to citizens who
