The wine shows vibrant pear and white peach aromas and flavours and a well-balanced crisp yet generous texture

On the palate there is huge volume of flavour with notes of grapefruit

The perlage is persistent as is the apple and white peaches flavours

which ensured sufficient moisture in the soil for a long time and thus a balanced vintage

Sourced from two vineyards in the nearby hilltops region. This wine spends months on skins to extract everything then tucked away in foudre for the rest of the two year elevage. A lighter colour yields to intense floral aromas and that special tannin that only nebbiolo has. Our tenth vintage of this variety and we think it a very special wine.
