After gentle pressing the wine was matured in a combination of 25% new and seasoned French hogsheads for 9 months
Aroma: red fruits
with peach
Reminiscent of toasted almonds and olive brine
it develops notes of red fruits along with good acidity
Printhie 'MR' Sauvignon Blanc pizzini After gentle pressing the wineHarvested at peak fruit intensity whilst retain fresh acidity. Fermented in stainless steel tanks with aromatic yeast at lower temperatures (mid teens) then letting the temperature to rise late in ferment to produce some thiol aromatics for complexity. Bottled early for freshness.
