Oakridge Barkala Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon 2021 Size::1 Bottle mica-schistA traditional winemaking approach was used to produce this wine fermentation on skins with twice daily pump overs for three weeks followed by 15 month maturation in 225 litre French oak barrels. A warm dry early season with ideal flowering conditions has resulted in excellent crops and strong varietal flavours.
