Riposte Katana Chardonnay f3 Rainfall turned off like aA fine Adelaide Hills Chardy from the Kenton Creek vineyard, thanks to a superb vintage for the region. Fermentation was in French oak barriques, 25% new, with half the juice seeing only wild yeasts. Malolactic fermentation followed with time on lees. A gleaming yellow gold colour.
