red ruffle cocktail dress skirt literally such an iconic piecefun flowy lil number, its tricky to date this piece cuz its in beautiful shape and the brand is totally untraceable on the internet but it kinda reads as 50s 60s??? not super sure tho. length is 41 inches and the tightest part at the waist is 26 inches. it does zip up the back!
