Measurements are as follows: for button down blouse 38" bust, 35" waist 26" full length, sleeve length 21", blazer jacket open 38 39" bust , 22" full length semi crop style. Label size says 46 22" sleeve length. For pants waist is 28" may accomodate up to 30"
