Big Mac signature button at collar. Tagged a size 42R. These are made to be worn slightly loose or over clothing. Based on the measurements these would best fit a size Medium to Large depending on how you like your fit. Measurements are taken while laying flat. MEASUREMENTS: Shoulders: 19 1 2" across Sleeves
