Each is cut and shaped using a bandsaw and sander and painted with latex enamel before being attached to a rolling platform

then cast into upcycled 14k gold

noted with the artist's signature

Once the surface is finished and smoothed the piece is coated with black glaze and decorated using the ancient technique of sgrafitto which involves carving the glaze coated surface to reveal the white stoneware clay body

Matted, signed on the back and sealed with a protective finish, it is not ready to hang. Can be placed horizontally or vertically. Use a soft brush to dust off any dirt or gently wipe with damp cloth.
