60's Teal Felt Tassel Beret Hat vintage mules will comfortably fit a 10Body is a wool fur felt in a dark teal color, set on a structured band. Center holds a long black silken tassel which falls to the right side. Interior is finished with a grosgrain ribbon. Excellent condition with the only issue is some makeup staining on the interior ribbon. Inner circumference is 22 inches. Measuring on the outside, side to side is 11 1 2 inches.
