70’s Black Velvet Beret by Valerie Modes trapezoid pendant Labeled size 11/12Black velvet beret or tam from the 1960's to early 1970's. Structured with seamed crown, flexible sides and a firm band embellished with a narrow black vinyl hatband and side swirl. Styled to set asymmetrically on the head.
