The fabric is a sheer polyester with thin silver metallic thread stripes. Bright red in color with black and white Asian motif print. Pull on pants have a cased elastic band waist, wide legs and elastic cinching in and creating the harem style at the ankles. Mid rise waist lies about 3" below the natural waist. Realize these are pull on only pants: the waist must
