50's Black Velvet Cloche Hat pink and black coat fur has also been cleanedA black velvet cloche hat with three graduated stacked bands. It's fully lined with nylon satin. It measures 4" high and 22" around the inside band. Very good condition (the velvet is crushed in few spots which can be seen in photos and is reflected in the price). Catalog # 6361
