70's Ankle Length Lace Dress 40s green dress Wonderful craftsmanship - truly one. An ankle length coral lace dress from J. C. Penny. The dress features lace over full satin lining, a tier of lace around the neck and back covering the bodice and upper back, elastic shoulder straps that can be worn over or off, fitted waist and full tiered skirt.
