90's Nude Rayon Drop Waist Dress by Nicole Miller vintage professional Opening 7"Early 1990's drop waist dress. Fabric is a very sheer nude tissue rayon. Low waisted with an attached wide sash that closes on the side. Flare skirt is asymmetrically layered and styled to be full. Collarless with front tucks and back button closing.
