The multiple Hollie Hobby scenes make this dress a ton of fun and we love the flounce bottom. This is a great girls dress or a very, very extra small woman's. Would be better for girls because of the neckline and top of the dress cut. Zipper down back + tie back right under the bust. Great vintage condition, no flaws to note. No tags on the garment, appear to be home made. Measurements
