It closes with several layers of hooks and eyes. There are some extra eyes at the neck (likely for a collar) as well as three extra hooks on the interior back (to attach to a skirt or bustle). The interior of the bodice is lined and has boning. Measurements This piece is a bit too small for my size 2 dress
