Sequin Crown Capeline Brim Statement Hat vntg 60s hat buckle is about 2" xDramatic black and white statement hat. Black felt brim is capeline style with a deep rounded crown covered in black sequins. The right side holds a giant white net bow held in place by a black sequin star. Interior is finished only with the standard ribbon. Excellent condition, showing little to no wear or age.
