Careful selection of copper dichroic glass and cherry red creates a panel with many personalities. In bright light the dichroic glass changes colors and sparkles. In low light the background dims and the dichroic glass pops like a traffic light and stares back at you. Hand cut squares and rectangles of layered on top of each other. The glass is fired in a kiln to 1500 degrees until it becomes
